We recommend having your house washed every one to two years. Staying on this schedule ensures your house will always look it’s best and infestations of moss, lichen etc. will not have time to attach themselves to the exterior surfaces of your home which require more intensive cleanings.

We recommend that you inspect your roof every Spring and have it treated at the first sign of black streaking. This streaking, which is an algae known as Gloeocapsa Magma, should be neutralized before it has a chance to develop into moss or lichen which will root itself to your shingles, curling and lifting them, leading to a premature failure of the roof. Typically, the North and East-facing sections of your roof will require more frequent cleanings.

We hope it comes as a pleasant surprise to you to learn that an average vinyl-sided house-wash ranges from $400 to $600. Very small houses can be less and very large houses can be more. We also offer discounts to neighbors booking together!

No, you don’t. Whether you will be home or not, please make sure that all windows and doors are closed and locked (locking them ensures a tighter seal) and that there is at least one working spigot on the exterior of your home that we can hook up to. It is also helpful for you to remove any potted plants, flags, or deck furniture you don’t want to get wet.

Yes, our cleansers are 100% biodegradable and our process, which includes a thorough watering of the whole area before and a thorough rinsing of the whole area after, is 100% safe for your plants and animals.

We do have a 275 gallon water tank and we typically will show up to your house with the tank about ¼ full. The tank serves as a buffer between your water source and our machines which pump up to 8 gallons of water per minute. If you are on a slow well and aren’t comfortable supplying water, we will supply it for a charge of $100 for the first tank and $200 for any subsequent tanks.

Yes! Any organic staining or discoloration will be removed from your gutters as part of a basic house wash. We can also remove the black steaks trapped in the oxidized layer of your gutter’s paint for truly gleaming white gutters!

The term “soft wash” has become a catch-all phrase in the industry and, to us, it simply means that we are trying, in all cases, to use as gentle of pressure as possible to achieve optimum cleaning results on your home. It is a philosophy of allowing the proper cleansers to do what they are designed to do and simply rinse the grime away with garden hose type pressure instead of blasting the exterior of your home with high pressure.
